I am going to be casting a spell to be more approachable and attractive. I made it up and everything, and I'm going to be doing it every day like a ritual? Is that okay?
And also, can I start in this moon phase? I know that if I'm increasing or making something grow it should be Waxing moon , and now its Wanning, and so it may not be right. But, since I'm gonna be doing it every day, irrelevant of moon phase , does it even matter when I start?
It really doesn't matter what the moon phase is. So do it as you see fit to be done. Unless you work with the phases as they are believed to be viewed as magically then they shouldn't be worried about. But either way, the moon is the moon no matter how you look at it or what phase it's in. In my practices and beliefs the only significance that holds true for me is two phases: new moon (with no sunlight reflecting) and the moon when light does reflect from the moon (waning, full, and waxing). To me if there is light reflecting from the moon then I can utilize this energy given for any means I see fit despite the phase.
I wouldn't do it every day. That could be problematic. Backfires. Lacking of energy as the days go along. Results unintended.
As previously stated, you don't necessarily need to perform this spell during a certain time in the lunar cycle. Some believe that performing certain spells/rituals at a certain time during the lunar cycle will improve their chances of success or increase the power of their spell/ritual. As long as you have a strong enough intent and focus you should be fine regardless of the lunar phase.
As for you second question, I believe that Vanitys_Fire already answered that for you. "I wouldn't do it every day. That could be problematic. Backfires. Lacking of energy as the days go along. Results unintended."

If you do wish to correspond your spell to the phases of the moon I've provided some information on the phases and their associations in magic.
Magic and Lunar Cycles:
New Moon:
The new moon is the start of the lunar phases and occurs after the "dark of the moon." This is when a very thin crescent moon is visible in the night sky. The moon hangs low in the Western portion of the sky during this phase.
Magic for new beginnings, birth, development and growth, and fresh starts should be performed at during this lunar phase.
Waxing Moon:
The waxing moon occurs when the moon is in its first and second quarters. During this phase you'll notice that the moon starts to creep higher and higher in the Western sky. When the moon gets further into the second quarter it will start to rise in the Eastern portion of the sky about an hour or two before sunset.
The waxing moon is a time to perform magic for "increase" or to draw positive things into your life. These include: fertility, creativity, health, wellness, prosperity, happiness, and love.
Full Moon:
The full moon is the day before, the day of, and the day after the full moon. The full moon rises in the East right at sunset.
This is a powerful, "all-purpose" lunar time, thus, it is a perfect time for all forms of magic.
Waning Moon:
The waning moon occurs after the full moon phase and goes into the third and fourth quarters. The moon will start to rise later in the Eastern portion of the sky each night, and each night the right side of the moon will begin to fade from view.
Magic during this time should be used to dismiss unwanted or negative energies and situations. Types of magic include: banishing, spells to rid yourself of illness, fatigue, fear, cleansing, and to drive away negativity.
Dark Moon:
This phase takes place at the last two days of the fourth quarter and the day of the new moon. This is the time during the lunar cycle when the moon can't be seen in the night sky.
Many believe that magic shouldn't be performed during this time of the lunar cycle.

That's really up to you. Perform it when you feel that it needs to be performed or when you feel its power is dissipating. Though, I would think that once or twice a week should be fine if you wanted to perform it often.
