Runes are a divination method that uses symbols to give answers and feelings like Terrot. They are usually carved into stones or sticks depending on the method used and work just like Terrot.

That is correct as all symbols can hold and focus energy. They can even be used as meditation tools to help focus the mind and thry may lead to other realms of thought.

They are also handy as a secret alphabet to use when writing your diary or something you don't want others to read heh.
