Chat test failure

I just took the chatter test for the second time, answered the questions correctly and it failed me? any idea why?

Ok, then it seems you are having the same problem as a couple of other people on the site. Apparently there is a glitch with the chatter rules that started around a month ago. Try talking to a moderator, I guess.

Are you using a mobile device to get on the chatter? I know some mobile phones won't let you send messages in the chatter.
