random question bout AP.

this is gonna sound soooo stupid but how come everytime i try 2 AP i have dreams but its just a replay of thoughts i had during the day??

hi! this is good! that means that you have reached the hypnagogic state! well done! what you need to do is dont get excited by these thoughts and continue to watch your breaths (or whatever exercise you are doing to achieve ap)!
