just seen a spirit/ghost!

Can someone help me please. just seen something walk past in the mirror down stairs when i was alone down there don't know what they was wearing but it was all white :/ so i went into the shower to clear my mind and a razor on the side of the bath got thrown on the floor of the bath

I don't feel threatened it was like it was walking past to say like i am here and to get it self notice
