I personally use potatoes.
Like the tomato, it is a member of the nightshade family. Also like the tomato (which we know is a fruit), the potato is used for eitther protection and of course, raising energy (relevant to the thread). Potatoes are ruled by the moon and their element is earth.
They are also very good for grounding. Potatoes eaten for protection should be seasoned with onions, chives, rosemary, parsley, or dill for maximum effect. Potato dishes are good to eat after energy has been raised, in order to help ground the participants. I have eaten potato soup after meditation to help me ground myself. Remember to search for different potatoe soup recipes.
Aside from that it's also tasty. :D

You always can mix coffee with guarana .Another good combination is ginseng tea mixed with lemon .Try to eat watercress and beetroot as much as you can. Mix them into fruit shekes .Honey and ginger is another combination that can give you boost of energy.
You can use them as teas or either add those ingredients in fruit shakes .
It's a great idea Arte.Stimulants like caffeine that tend to give the body a "kick" of energy also tend to put heavy strain on the body's adrenal cortex, which regulates stress, by causing it to work harder than normal to produce more energy. Adaptogens like Korean ginseng (Panax schinsen ) actually feed the adrenal cortex the nutrients it needs to produce lasting, stress-resistant energy the way the body was meant to produce it.
Here are some detailed lists of energy increasing herbs commonly used:
Also,do you think mixing these herbs and teas and foods for one dinner will be good?I'm starting to think that if I did that,I might not be able to sleep at night.Which should I choose?

Avoid eating or drinking stimulating teas or food at least 2 hours before going to bed .If you are about to take stimulating drink (juice ,tea ,food ), do this first thing in the morning and at least half an hour(better hour ) before physical exercising or untertaking mentaly challenging tasks .Timing is very important ,because if you have wrong foods or drinks in inappropriate time you will not achieve the desired effect or you will not get the optimal benefit .Try to have different stimulant in different days , also in different times during the day .Do some sort of food and drink rota .Do not overdose !Remember herbs are medicene . If you use one type of herb all the time and you drink a lot it will have lesser effect on you with the time . It can cause some side effects as the time progresses and the dose has been increased .
I would start with coffee with guarana around 8 or 9 am ,then have my shake with veggies and fruits around 1 or 2 pm afterwards if I need more energy I can have tea ( use any of the herbs we mentioned even green tea shall do ) at 5 or 6pm .If you go to bed around 10 or 11 pm stop eating or drinking stimulating food or drinks after 8 or 9 pm .Anyway eating too late is not very good for your digestive system it still will need to work to the full ,till you are sleeping and your metabolism is slowing down naturally .If you like to have a tea, which is good for you ,before you go to sleep use chamomile or passionflower .
