Astral time ?

What's the time difference ? Like if you stay an hour there is it still an hour time here ? Or if you stay in the astral for a few days you'll stay asleep here for a few days ?

It depends where you travel. Like an example would be three days here would be 3 months in a dimension .in a way time would be much quicker or maybe slower depending where you go

ya it all depends on you...on how your mind interprets the astral plane.

Everytime I've Astral traveled its only seems like minutes and I wake up and several hours had past.
