Astral projection

Its been happening more often lately I've been astral projecting randomly while trying to sleep but once I leave my body this weird identity is standing next to me its tall about 2 meters it has dark green skin its very very skinny bold and has pointy ears and it has been creeping me out since all it does is stare at me.
Does anyone know what this could be? Or what it could mean? Maybe how to get rid of it? I have been seeing it for about 6 months now

Have you tried asking it to leave? If it still just stands there, I'd suggest doing a cleansing rite, a bit before you go to bed. I'm guessing it's just an Astral entity who's taken a liking to your energy. Banish it and things should clear up (:.

It's possible that it is an astral energy, but it could also be just a figment og your own mind, as I'm sure you know, when astral projecting that YOU are in control.

Whichever it is, it is probably harmless, but it might not be. Try a banishing and cleansing ritual. This should get rid of it.
