Hey :)

I'm new here, just started messing around with making psi balls and... I CAN DO IT! :D
I'm having a problem though, the only way I can generate energy is by rubbing my hands together and using the energy created from that: I don't think that's powerful enough. My psi ball seems to just disappear/is un programable too. Is this because the psi ball isn't strong enough?

Oh, this is an introduction. So, if you haven't already guessed I'm very interested in psi energy.

I find it helpful to concentrate the energy in your hands and add to it, by pulling energy from different parts of your body/chakras. So, close your eyes and feel the energy from your head, neck, shoudlers, diaphram, et cetera flowing into your open hands. This way, you can just move your energy instead of creating more. Then imagine gloves on your hands so that the energy won't be sucked back in. ^_^ Hope this was somewhat helpful!
