If I want an item on SoM and if I click the add on wish list what happens?

it's added to your wishlist. there's two lists, your cart, which are things you're planning to purchase, and your wishlist, which are items you'd like to purchase but for whatever reason cannot at the moment. i also believe others on the site can see your wishlist and buy an item for you as a gift. [don't quote me though] if at any time you wish to purchase an item off your wishlist, there should be an 'add to cart' button.
