Newbie Help!

Hello I am new to Magick. Have started reading the Basics and Basics expanded since yesterday. Today I shall begin meditation. I want to perform a love spell. When will I be ready to cast it? Could it be 1 or 2 months?

Aim for a year of study and practice. If you feel confident in the meantime, having meditated every day, and read as much as you can, you may be able to go ahead :)

In my opinion it is when ever You think You are ready. So in truth you can not put a time limit on it.

Since it will be a love spell(my first cast) does it have the potential of working?

I do not agree with love spells, so I am not going to answer that:d

As long as you have the slightest doubt that your spells are working they will not work.
