My name is High Priest Finrod Sere. I have been practicing for over a decade now. So, you've decided that you'd like to enter the circle. Excellent, you are most welcome. But before you begin I'd like to make you aware of a few things.
Magik is not something to be taken lightly. If you're looking for something to show off in front of your friends with - Things that you see in the movies or on TV, witchcraft does not happen like that.
In fact I would go as far to say that magik should be used as a last resort and not the first port of call. I have observed that there has been an abuse of this by many practitioners.
I'd like to share my knowledge as a High Priest. Before you even think think about performing a spell, my friend - take these words into consideration.
"It takes roughly one month work to become a habit."
With that in mind please think carefully before you perform a spell. Some examples of how you can apply the above phrase.
If you seek a spell to gain confidence - Try talking to random strangers for one month. A simple "Hi" or "Good morning" will suffice. Force yourself to it if confidence is a major issue.
If you seek a spell to get a job - Apply for jobs for one month. Get up first thing and start job hunting.
If you seek a spell for luck - Then start taking chances for one month. Play the lottery, horses, if a coupon comes through your door asking you to complete a survey, which has a prize for completing it; then complete it. Someone dear to me once said that "luck isn't something you get given, its something you earn." This passage has a lesson within it. If you learn and understand this lesson, you are a very wise person.
This is not a lecture, rant or a rave. This is simple advice from a friend who has learned many hard lessons which you have yet to learn.

Wicca is a diverse religon with no central authority figure defining it. It is devided in to various lineages and denominations, refered to as "traditions," each with its own organistional strocture and level of centralisation. So sir I ask one more time what are you a high preist of.
