I'm looking to create a spell after an problem earlier this week. I want to create a sort of binding spell for myself. i wish it to behave in such a way i can easily turn it on and off as needed. seeing as this is a unlimited universe, i was considering using a ring or a necklace to contain me when i feel it's needed, but I'm not sure it's reasonable. anyone out there have any ideas? thanks.

Well you can write the paper and use air, water, earth, and fire and after you write the spell you place it in the fire and then rub it out in the earth, and wash it in the water and then let air onto it.
A spell is easy to write, I write them all the time. Basically just write what you want to happen, maybe direct it at a specific deity or spirit for help. For example: '' Hecate queen of Witches hear me plee.'' Something like that to start it off then write what you want to happen. And remember that it does not have to rhyme.
I'm not understanding the reason for writing the spell. Self-control is just something that you have to develop. Not something you can turn on and off whimsically.
i'll explain. I was out shopping with a friend of mine. we were having a really good time. i saw the coat i was looking for and grabbed her hand and said there it is!. anyway, she got a faint red mark on her hand and it ached. i didn't garb her hard and i searched for every mundane explanation but i couldn't find any. my guess is it was an accidental "spell" of some kind. i work strictly with my hands, rarely use a wand. so my thinking is my excitement triggered a unconscious response from the universe that cause her hand to be marked temporarily.
i could tell she was upset about it. but forgive and forget we're still friends. i promised her i would do everything i can to prevent something like that from happening again.
to update... i was considering creating a talisman of gloves or a ring by inscribing hiragana caricature for dam on the out side and the hiragana caricature for power on the inside. this way i wouldn't harm my own power just block it with an item like a "dam" blocks water.
I really didn't know anything like that could happen. that was just odd. by the time we got home, about three hours later,her hand had a faint red mark where my hand was. she said it felt numb and tingly like when your foot falls asleep and aching like a sore muscle but very very very faint. it went away by morning but still, this is making me really nervous. i have the hardest time finding information, so i hope people here can help. virtually none of the information in books i read applies to me anymore. i feel like the odd-man-out even among other witches. so maybe i have become dangerous? is there anyone out there that has a lot of experience with the power and can help me out and email me. i'm past trying to make a spell, now I'm shook up, i need some guidance from someone wiser then me.
I'll often look through threads such as these to see if a question of mine could be answered by another's question / input / solution or if there is any miscelanious yet relevant information being presented, my guess is that many views on threads like these come from people doing similar whether or not we could be of use in answering the initial question
