not sure anymore

Hey everyone I have a problem. I do not know nor believe if the life I'm living is true. It feels like my memory was wiped cause when I try to I don't know understand myself its as if my being rejects the thought as if its telling me the life I've lived is false. It makes sense in a way seeing as my own doesn't sound right to me

Try to avoid any every day routine and doing things mechanically..You need to surprise yourself once in a while!Ask yourself he knows better,and stop thinking about your past decisions and how things could be better if you did that instead of the other..It's in your hand even if it doesn't seems that way!Cheer up bro

If you haven't in a while, go commune with nature; the beauty of it, the calmness it can bring, especially by water (stream, river, ocean) It can be very tranquil and you can clear your head. The birds singing, the wind whistling through the trees; its wonderful. Become one with it. And it doesn't hurt to feel thankful, for all, even the little stuff. Also I find helping someone gets my mind off me and onto the person, animal needing help. Walking a dog from the humane society is a great way to help both people and animals.Even ground while you're there. It just may change your perspective of your life. Cheer up, all is as it should be. Blessings!
