I have recently decided I want to learn as much as I can about spirits, enitties, demons, ghosts,
whatever I can about things not exactly in our realm of phyical and well been doing a bit of research on the veil so far no luck....
My reason is I want to develop a sense all the way and no going back into how spirits are how they react in our existiance and I am looking for a teacher someone who may be able to help or guide me into this touchy topics you see I am one yes who is creeped out of such but I want to understand that which cannot be fully explained I want to be able to sense, see if I am fortunate to, and talk if possible to that which is not exactly always there...
Anyways I know there a lot of people ask this and lose interest but I really am wanting to get involved in this area if there is anyone that is expereinced in this area.
As for my level of understandinng is next to none I know more things of the earth then of this so I am on a blind route of trying to learn but I have heard the third eye is key I don't know if this is true but I would like to learn whatever I can is anyone able to??
Your third eye chakra deals with clairvoyance and insight. You should balance all your chakras so the energy flows freely and you do not suffer negative effects of one being more open than the rest. Meditation can help sometimes, when your mind is clear sometimes spirits reach out. A word to the wise though, most paranormal activity can be explained with logical conclusions. You might get a cold chill, but check for open Windows, or cracks, where air could come in. You need to have a clear mind and not jump to conclusions. Also, don't go out searching for spirits alone in old houses. Spirits are all around us, and old houses can be dangerous. Avoid Ouija Boards until you know what you're doing.

I will try thank you as balancing chakras that can be a hard thing to do as I have come to understand it is a task thatrequirestime and patience also how exactly would one go looking or searching upon understanding spirits better I am not certain what you mean by everywhere and I won't be using anyOuijaboards though as they are a tool and risky as said by some I do not intend on relying on tools I want to be more hands on if I am making sense.

spirits are everywhere, meaning they could be in a field, in a hospital, in a school, even in your own house. [be it a century home, or a brand new condo]
i've always had the ability to see/hear/sense spirits, so it's hard for me to say exactly what you have to do, but balancing your chakra's is a good thing to do since it does help with your clairvoyance. focusing just on your third eye [which deals with insight as well as clairvoyance] is a bad thing, because the energy needs to flow unobstructed through all the chakra's from the root [earth] to the crown. [universe] if you have one that's too open or closed the energy will pool in other chakra's and cause ill effects. your third eye being too open can cause migraines.
there are books on the subject you could look up, probably reading a book by Ed and Loraine Warren could help bring some insight, or perhaps a book documenting different spirits and demons such as the dictionary of demons of a field guide to demons. books on spirits, i don't know of any specific ones outside books compiled of ghost stories, as i said, i never had the need for such books.
keep in mind spirits can lie, so take whatever you find with a grain of salt. demons aren't all evil, but they will do whatever they can to get what they want. keep sage with you, and know some protection spells/charms to be safe. as with visiting old houses, just because a place is creepy doesn't mean a spirit will be their, while some spirits live in old houses because they lived their in life, most will avoid such scary places because they are creeped out by it. spirits were alive at some point, if in life you were afraid of these places, why would you dwell their in death?
Alright I think I get what your saying and I will try to balance them.. I have one question what time of day or night are spirits more active also when are we more likely to get in touch with them??
any time really. i knew this one spirit [she was a great aunt of mine] she would spend most of her day sitting in the rocking chair of the families living room. when everyone went to bed, she'd turn in for the night as well. [so to speak] other spirits i've met only come out at certain times. there's a little girl who lives in my new place and she's active in the evenings and through the night from late August to mid November only. th rest of the year i don't sense/see/hear her at all. each spirit is different. your best bet though is to try at Samhain between 3-4 [all night mostly, but i've noticed more spirits between the hours and 3-4 in the morning]
spirits go through times of active and inactive depending on how much energy they have built up and the veil between the two worlds, so it's hard to say the exact time they're active. each spirit is different, but Samhain or Beltane [i've noticed] is when you'll have the most luck.
Could it be also a night to figure out and pick up best on the feel I know it's a couple month's area but it seems september to december my house is strange feeling it always has been and in the basement exspecially which I don't like exaclty because I can tell the night's weird happens I get creeping feelings not good either it seems what could I do on those nights??
