you need to read and agree to the terms and conditions of the chatter.

if the link doesn't work, click on the INFO link located in the upper right corner of the chatter box, it will take you to another page where you will see another link to the terms and conditions, click on it and check the yes and no boxes as it applies. as i said though read the choices.
