It says that i have failed, but i put down yes to allmost all of the quetions but one like it sayz

It did it to me try doing the test again, and it should let you type in the live chat.

Did you bother to read over each question before submitting the test? If not, I would advise you to do so. There is a trick question there that most miss if they don't bother to read through the questions.
