If you still haven't been able to get into the "Live Chat" contact the administrator Petrarca. Tell him that your having troubles getting onto the "Live Chat" and you took the quiz and got everything right, and he will see what is going on. Just remember it could be because you messed up on the quiz and you missed that one trick questions. If not contact him.

"Live Chat" will only work on the computer. The mobile "Live chat" doesn't work.
