healing spell help!

ok this person who is very important to me is almost always in immense ammounts of pain, due to 3/4's of his stomach being dead, along with most of his intestines. The only option the doctor's gave him would leave him sterile and he is not up for that option at this point in time. the pain leaves him immobile at some points in time. is there a spell out there that can help his pain?
