adderral....kidding. drugs are bad unless your prescribed them.....well i dont pop pills, but if you do, be careful and have fun.

Run every day as much as you can,try running over nature,it is way more healthy for foot.And do a lot of muscles flexibility exercise.Is few weeks you should notice yours body is much faster

u can do the slow down time spell

gotta agree on rory on this.the slow time spell would be effective. now if there only was a way to slow down a object and have u move faster at the same time.

There is a way to accomplish both but it is hard on the body. You have to first slow down time (hold the clocks back). Then you have to speed up your bodies movements (get you adrenalin pumping). After you have finished the tasks in which you need to get done you have to relax. As time goes back to normal and your body cools down the two can cancel each other out. This can cause a longer space in time inwhich it takes you to reach relaxation and that can cause damage to you heart in the long run.

so you saying i shouldnt due this while running the mile in school?cause thats what i oraginly had in mind

Well if you are still in school then your body is young enough to handle the added strss. So if you really want to go for it.
