Third Eye Pain

I'm experiencing the pains from Hell where my third eye is. I have took a paracetamol does anyone know if there's anything else I can do ?

It should go away after a day or so. That normally just means that it is opening.

Try making a tea with pepperment, witnergreen, white willow, and meadowsweet. Also a cool wash cloth scented with peppermint over the eyes and forehead should help.

Let that energy that is built up there and causing the pain flow upwards and out of your crown chakra, i had those pains when i had a blockage, also, if you have only been focusing on the third eye chakra you may want to also start focusing and opening the other chakras to create more balance, because and overactive chakra can also cause irritating stabbing pains.

I opened the Charkras a while ago that's why this is so strange I'll try the pepperment and tea. Thanx all for your help.
