question "Lust for Me"

I'm in a relationship but we are having a lul I was looking at the Lust For Me spell to spice things up. I have one small question, two spots are maked (name of lover) and two spots are (name) do I use my name there or his? I just want to do it right. As I said I want to spice things up, I know everyone has luls, this one is just seems to be lasting a really long time.

It looks as though you would use your name where it just says (name).
