Psycic empathy or what

I just recently discovered am an empath but it wasnt that strong so i bought a book that teaches how to strengthen epathic power i would say its working cause i nw cry easily ,am more emotionally attached and all those other empath stuff. But i have now notice that if someone gets me angry bad things hapen to them either they misplace something valuable or somebody will ill treat them and so on and so forth.Please is that part of psycic empathy or what.

no sorry being a empath means you feel all of their emotions and with practice you can plant emotions into others or even change someone's emotions
