Who is this spirit?

Around midnight on most nights I almost aways see a figure sitting in my chair at my desk in my room. He wears like a business suit and has a top hat and no distinct facial features. He also sometimes has some sort of dark mass on his back similar to wings. Anyone have any idea what this spirit is? He doesn't harm me or scare me but just seems odd.

Normally when he appears the temperature seems to go up in my room as well. What is this spirit?

I did some research on demons but came up with an entity called slinder man or the controller. I don't think he's a demon cause I don't fear him I feel uncomfortable around him though cause all he does is sit in the chair.

I also have seen him in the past before I have had premonitions like my mom dieing of cancer a few years before she actually died.

Can anyone pin point what this entity is? Angel? Demon? Fey? Spirit guide?
