spells to lose weight

Does anybody know of a spell I can do with a friend to lose weight? I don't want to do it alone

Spells can not help you lose weight except for dieting and some exercise, in another words they can not interact with your body (physically) or with your DNA. You will not find any "real" spells to lose weight. So just exercise and stay on a healthy diet and you will lose weight but no spell will help you with that.

You can do something as simple as imagining the weight "melting off" while in the shower and pushing your hands down your body. You still need to diet and exercise to help it along though.

You cant physicaly rid yourself of the extra weight you have through magic alone. Magic can motivate you, make your exercising more effective, ultimately helping you lose weight easier, but it alone cant do the job for you. Its still up to you to make the effort to lose weight, magic can just make it easier.
The 'best' spell to lose weight is something you will create yourself, for example a spell that will give you the strength to need to eat less or something like that.

Just realized maybe i need to be a little less cynical about this. My case may be unusual. I have been either pregnant or breastfeeding or both for the last 3 years so my body hasnt been my own for awhile. I just remind myself that everything is as it should be.

In your picture you look thin and very pretty. :)Have you checked out the spells in the diet spells discussion? There are a few that seem to have high ratings. Is your friend into magic too? Maybe you could both try using the same spell?
