New to magic please help

My friend can feel energy and says my energy is darker then anyone she has ever met is it possible that instead of using white energy naturally like most people is it possible that I use dark energy naturally

Energy can neither be defined as dark or light but if your friend can tell you have more Negative energy then try to be more positive...? Well, I tried.

I'm usually very energetic and cheery (adhd) and about the dark and white energy thing I forgot what to call it :|

Personaly i wouldnt get too wrapped up in all that. If your friend knows what they are talking about, no offense by the way, and you were in some sort of danger then i think they coulda given you a little more detail than that, and would want to help you fix it. ~blessed be.
