Spirits Haunting House

My house has mischievous spirits in it. Every night, I hear footsteps and my barbells being lifted up and down. I also see knife marks on the wooden cabinets in the kitchen. They come close to my room and then all is silent and it's like they're afraid to do anything or have anything to do associated with me. I have a protection spell on me and my room, but is there anything else I can do? Thanks!

A cleansing would work. I use sage smudge in my place. Then a protect put up in the windows and doorway. I use crystals for the windows and tailsman hung over the door. I have been using these for years and they work. BB

I recommend putting up a protective circle around your house and then send remaining unwanted spirits away.

I delt with this typ of problem in my house a couple years ago. All I did was put up a sheild around myself and put my foot down and sowed that I wasnt going to talorate them and forced them out. One of them was a bit stuborn and I went on the offensive and I havent seen or heard from them sence. You have to keep that sheild up never know what they will try.

I like to start out by saying hello...but that's just me I guess. When you meet a stranger on the street, do you automatically get defensive and want to fight them? They're spirits not monsters hiding in your closet or under your bed. You obviously have the ability to successfully protect yourself from them, so why not try communicating and finding out why they find your home an awesome hangout? Perhaps they're trying to gain your attention. How else are they suppose to say hi when you seal yourself up in fort knox?

What WhiteRav3n says is true, a lot of the time spirits aren't evil, they want you to notice them but we hear a noise and think its an evil spirit out to kill us or something. Try talking with them, if you still feel threatened you can ask them to leave. If they refuse then try sage smudge, sea salt, and other purifying techniques coupled with a protection spell. Remember though, not all spirits are there to harm so you might be forcing out a spirit wishing to help or protect you and your family.

Or a land spirit or house spirit that existed there well before you ever did. A spirit that has the strength to influence the physical world is a wonderful ally. I could tell so many funny stories about ungrateful guests and my household spirits at play. Don't insult me in my own home. You'll have very poor luck until you leave.

I always leave spirits be, that is untill they start messing with me or perhaps someone els then i try comunicating with them to see what they want. Some of them just want trouble so I get rid of them. Not all of them do and i try to help the ones that need it.

Cleansing and banishing is a good idea. Frankincense incense is very useful for that. Its good that you have a protection over your room and yourself but I'd say once you're sure you've gotten rid of the spirits that are dangerous you seal windows, doors and mirrors (some believe spirits can get through mirrors as well) so they can't enter your home.
