Actually none of them are. Witches don't have any laws that they are bound to follow. I'm sure Brysing, who is our traditional Witch on here, will affirm that each Witch makes their own decisions about what they should or should not do. If a Witch feels that a love spell or a curse is warranted they they do one.
The first two Laws you mentioned pertain to all magic.
The Law of Three is a Wiccan concept and not followed by most Witches. That is the one that says that what you send out returns to you threefold. So I suspect you were reading something about Wicca but not about traditional Witchcraft when you saw that mentioned.
Lark explained it very well, make up your own mind if something is good or bad. What path have you been studying for 2 years? If its Wicca then the Law of Three, but that too is determined by the person. I know some Wiccans who see it as a ninefold law instead of threefold, and others who ignore the law of three all together. Meditate on the question and draw your own conclusion. In regards to spells, again, personal preference, if you feel forcing someone to do something is wrong, don't do it. If you feel under the circumstances a spell over another is fine then cast. The only universal law of witchcraft really is think before you do.
A witch does not follow the laws you stated for themselves, witches do not need to follow laws, they make their own decisions, be they wrong or right. For example, look at the three fold law, it says that all magic will come back to you threefold, be it good or bad. So, in a way, that law tries to get witches to make a morally correct decision over a spell cast with a negative intent. Once again, I find Karlisb's views very interesting, not wrong, but unique, I think that it is worth thinking on, perhaps laws only apply because we give them essence. Normal laws of magic, yes, they are meant to apply to magic, not the witch, waere there because we observed the way all natural things work and applied the laws of the world to magic, but maybe magic does not need to abide by the natural way of the world.

Sure, witchcraft follows the Law of Contagion, Law of Attraction, the Law of Cause and Effect, Law of Similarity, and most importantly, the Law of Knowledge. And we can never forget Murphy's Law! :P
Apart from laws of magic, there are laws restricting the effects of magic, though they're usually common sense, eg. The law of ebb and flow states that there are going to be ebbs and flows, ebbs being hard times and flows being the good times, like a tide, going in and out, like a stated before, the laws of magic are based on the way the world works. No magic and keep the tide from ebbing back into the ocean, so we can't always use magic to give ourselves good fortune, or nothing would work out.
