Spells to repel something

Repelling, warding off spells. How do you visualize when you cast them, how do you go about sending out the intent? I find it pretty easy to do when I'm trying to attract something but I just find it hard to think of a way to repel things and push them out of my life. It's hard. I just can't do it as easy as when attracting something.

So I was wondering, what are your methods? How do you 'see' that intent in your mind?

Mastery of ones self is never easy. There are bits and pieces that are real easy, and ones that are difficult.

I personal visualize myself 'throwing' away whatever - either tossing in the trash or throwing it out the door...

But. I don't toss out everything that enters my life I do not want, because whilst I may not like what it brings initially, I nearly always learn something interesting about myself when I have to deal with whatever it is I don't want.

Yes I allow trouble into my life, I allow 'bad luck' I allow bad things into my life because I understand that personal growth doesn't take place when we are happy and things are easy, but when things are difficult.

I do bar unwelcomed visitors (those of the spiritual kind, I do enjoy the conversations the Jehovah Witnesses bring). Pretty much everything else I allow happen as destiny decides.

If you are striving to not accept the lumps in life THAT may actually be which binds you... Try picking and choosing a few, very few 'negatives' that life can throw at you that you will block, and resolve to face the rest as mundane humans face it, go with it, suffer with it, learn from it....

I do agree that we should deal with life in a mundane way, but sometimes, some things just need a little push. At least that's the way I see it. :)
