No. Magic does not curse you, but it is not meant to be used for petty things like allergies. Go to a doctor and ask for some medicine or something.

The closest thing you can do to magic is to learn to control your body in a way where it won't effect you. Mind you some practice for years so a doctor would be easier and better in the long run.
