Yea meditation can be done anytime, anywhere here's my beginning steps for such open meditation..It may take a while but anyone can do it..
Normally do your work but take deep breaths also slowly inhale and exhale it's pretty easy all you have to do is stop mind from thinking that you can do by just breathing ,getting calm and continue to do your work..Try it..It is indeed helpful for me cause in school days I surely have less time to sit on mediating for long..This way is good for those who find meditation boring..As your work won't let you get bored and your will be at calmed and relaxed and peacefully from mind..you will notice that you are doing work more better than before...Blessed Be..
