Is their any spells which break-up the marriage fixed between a couple? (NOTE- not yet married to each other just had an engagement, but soon will get married)
and, How come will it reverse back against me? (in negative way)
Is it true, all the reverse back effect is depend upon person's belief? or impact of such spells will hurt you back at any cost, whether you think or not?
Blake, I am sure you have your reasons, which are yours alone. To answer your questions as best I can:
1: We can never truly know how and when the negative impact will affect us; We do know when we see the effects!
and
2: When anyone alters anything, it disrupts the ebb/ flow of Universal energy in some way. This is an inescapable fact. Some may disagree, but the energy transferred from one place to another leaves a gap, and that gap must draw energy from somewhere or someone else. Think of this as a checks-and-balances system the Universe employs to maintain its own energy. The consequence depends on your intent; Is it for purely selfish reasons, or are you doing this to help avert a potential disaster to help a loved one? Only you can answer this correctly.
Yes, there are such spells, but you might think this through so as to be prepared to face whatever consequence(s), good or bad that arise from this.
Its just something that happens. You cannot expect to do any form of magic without a positive or negative consequence to occur. I heard there are some spells or something that can negate karma but I highly doubt such access to that is easily accessible because you cannot affect the universe without some sort of effect upon yourself.

I doubt there are many people who would cast such a spell for you. But yes, if they became involved they would have consequences too. This is what you want, not someone else. You alone should bear such a burden.
Just no, dont do it, while you can and black magic doesn't typically have any bad effect on you if you don't believe it will (I do a lot of bad luck spells on people who I cant just beat up if they bully people but it has never caught up to me so I know that for a fact

This is up to personal belief and is not something people can answer for anyone other than themselves. Truly, it depends on the morals and values of the individual casting. It also depends on whether the one being casted on is spiritual or involved in magick, or if they have friends/family that are. That tends to make things far more complicated.
Honestly, not to get into your business, but the chances of magick ruining a relationship decent, but the chances of it also causing you to reunite and live happily ever after? You're pushing your luck. You would need a miracle worker. At this point, you can either choose to make this person miserable, which isn't love, or choose to let them go because if they are getting married, they are obviously happy with their current relationship and they've moved on. Helping yourself let go through magick is the better and higher road to take.
Trying to bend the world around you in a way that you would want is the wrong way to go about life in general. We do not know why things occur the way they do. Perhaps it is just random or maybe there is some destiny or fate involved. But the natural way things go is usually the best. If you're working to shift that flow a little, it's generally okay. But you're talking about major remodeling. You should work on the present to effect your future, not try to change the past. That's what gets people into trouble. You live and learn and hopefully apply what you learn so you do not repeat history.
