Both rose and jasmine are commonly used for love spells. But they have other uses.

I use to make fragrent baskets with dried flowers. I think it is called Potpuri, Although probably mispellled it. I never thought about it but I could use them as blessing or protection baskets by writing the blessing or protection on a scroll and placing it in with the flowers. I love Rose scents, so always made them mostly of dried roses. I had no idea they could be used in blessings or protections. Thank You.
