werewolfs

Im having problems with doing spells. Most of them were wolf spells from this site but I only get a little bit of the side effects. I've just started doing spells this year. When I started doing wolf spells I gave some to my friend Troy. After a month he became a werewolf and joined a pack. I've tried everything I know to become a shapeshifter but nothing happen. I just started meditating yesterday. Can someone help me get the right spells
