im being watched

so latley i feel like im being watched. i get really nervous some days. theres nothing paranormal going on, so i dont know. am i just being paranoid? also is there way to keep evil spirits away? i heard you could use salt also. thank you if you read this and please let me know what you think :)

There are spirits that are around who just watch. Don't worry, they won't bother you. If you want them gone, simply ask them to leave. If you need to force them out, do a smudge cleansing with sage, blessed water, etc. Work from your door and go counter clockwise around your place, imagining them going out, and continue until you finish at the door again. Then salt all the openings(doorways, windows). That should do it. You need to put in your personal energy, or gathered energy, while you do this. Its your power behind the cleansing. Good luck! BB

and i would also keep something i could use for self defence on my person. it kinda reasures me... (yes i have paranoia)

what kind of things would you suggest for defence?

knives, rocks, guns, anything weapony-ish. just check the laws to make sure you dont break them
