hail and welcome, as for the help....meditation meditation meditation, focus on control, practice and more meditation. You can't do (good) magic without a very focused mind, otherwise....random things start blowing up....people start getting mad at you....O.O oops.....anyways.....just try some meditation or visualization and keep a log. Oh, and don't forget to look around the site, I'm sure there is plenty more answers to your question

Welome to the site. My best advice is Like Silvers. Also get banish any negitivity and start anew. Also there are some here that will really help you alot and you should lission with and open mind. However there are also some here that arejust starting and might no less than you but will atempt to tech you when they are in need of learning themselfs. so Learn about the Person before taking thier advice.
