Is there a curse or spell that will make a grown man get treated as an infant girl around the age of 12 months old?

No there is no such spell.

Ashover is correct. In order for someone to be treated as an infant the "spell" would have to be on everyone that he will come in contact with. The spell wouldn't work anyway because that is not possible with magick.
