meditation for adhd or?

My daughter had sever adhd and when the meds wear off its impossible to get her to focus meditation isn't working we have tried for a year now. What suggestions can you give me?

Over time, she may out grow her symptoms. Until then, you should try teaching her to meditate, as meditation can help treat the symptoms of ADHD. Get her to pick up hobbies like reading, drawing, board games, sports, crafts making.
