Road opener

The last two times I have burned two candles at the same time, orange and yellow, consecrated in road opener oil, the orange one always has left over wax, and the yellow one breaks my candle holder. I'm not sure whether to take this as a good sign or bad sign? I figured it was breaking the candle to "break" the blockages that are keep me from succeeding? Wanted some other Wicca's advice or opinion. Thanks!

Please note, there isn't much wax left over from the Orange and the candle holder doesn't break until it's at the bottom of the candle.
