Talk about your path, how long you've practiced, a little about what you're like, a couple of mundane interests, or anything that implies who you are. You don't necessarily need all of those as the definition varies depending on who you ask.
Basically what you're trying to do is give a coven an idea of who you are before you join (as you should try to get to know them before you join) so everyone can get a good idea if a person and coven fit for each other.
