As the question probably implied, I am wondering where to start. I have spent hours reading forums, and reading through spells. I just dont know how to go about doing things. I understand that riding on dragons and going to Hogwarts is not logical. I also understand that magick is based on energy and willpower, and belief. Also, not all spells work, and that I am not going to be summoning hurricanes tomorrow morning. Im just looking for some suggestions/ help in finding some place to really start. Thanks in advance, everyones thoughts and ideas are welcome. :)

Well, if you're serious about learning how to do magic and with starting from the rock-bottom then you don't start out by casting spells, you start out by learning how and why magic works.
You see, there is no such thing as an "easy" spell or a "beginner" spell. One either understands how magic works and has mastered the basics...in which case the magic will work..or you haven't done that sort of work..and no spell will work no matter how "easy" it seems.
Casting a successful spell involves much more than finding some spell on the internet or in a book, saying some words, lighting a candle, waving a wand of any of that sort of thing. In order for magic to work you need to understand how and why it works in the first place. Grounding and centering, visualization, focus and intent, energy manipulation, etc are all necessary first steps to even begin to have a chance at a spell actually working...and more importantly to prevent a spell from back-firing on you.
So, my advice for anyone who is truly serious is to start by reading a few books and practicing the exercises those books will give you. Once you have mastered the basics you won't need anyone to give you spells, you'll be able to create your own spells that will be far more effective than anything you find on the net. Here's the books I suggest:
"Before You Cast a Spell" by Carl McColman
"Spells and How They Work" by Janet and Stewart Farrar
Ah, others ahead me have answered already greatly, but I'll leave my tips here, too. Firstly I would suggest that you read basic info about magic(k) - what it is and what it isn't. For example, try not to use magick for your own good (beauty spells for example) because being selfless makes you more pure. Try bonding with nature, because witches serve after all nature. Go on long walks in forest et cetera. Meditation helps, too. Sorry, I'm not an expert.
Since you suggested you already know a lot ill tell you what you can do.
I normally pick any topic I'm most interested in and start in that path. But since there are so many paths here's an example. If your spiritual, start with meditation and opening the chakras of the soul. This is needed because you can't cast a spell unless you have the power to do so. (We get power through meditation and chant.) Start trying astral projection and meeting spirits. When you feel ready you can start casting. There are many spells on this site but most are too good to be true and will disappoint you, so learn how to make your own spells. I make my own spells and they work for me.
