Fake or Real Spells

I like to trust this site in specific for helping me with magic, but obviously not everything online is true. So I want to know, how can I tell if a spell is real or not? I would prefer not to make a fool of myself by trying to use a fake spell

I have no idea :/ I'm having the exact same problem!!

If it's telling you you can fly or become some creature, you can be certain the spell is fake. If it's just a simple chant without any intent, then don't expect that to work just by saying aloud intent less words.

Also whether a spell "works" or not isn't really just black and white, magic is subtle.

First of all, more than 70 percent of all spells on here do not work. There are some that do, and if you study the basics of magick you will start to see what spells are logical and which are not.

The spells that do not work are mainly here to bring traffic to the site, which helps support it.

If you want to get started on studying, search the forums for basics. Perhaps in a few months or so you can come back and tell us which ones work and which do not.

You will be able to tell which is which when you study, and learn what magick is and what it can do. I suggest studying more. And common sense is real. Using it will go a long way. lol

I still have this problem a bit, but here are some tips
-Objective: if the objective of the spell is something like "turning into a werewolf!" or "flying", it's fake, may seem obvious but it's always good to remember that
-Rating: usually spells rated with more stars are more likely to be real, at least I only rate them highly when they work well
-The right ingredients: after a while you start to get familiar with the meaning of different flowers, stones, candles and you'll be able to tell if someone just randomly chose an ingredient that has nothing to do with what the spell should acomplish
-Chanting and meditating: you can't go wrong with simple chants for simple objectives, they may not be too powerful but they'll be helpfull enough
-Profile: check out the profile of whoever posted the spell,it's possible their bio has absurd claims ("i'm a vampire" "i learned how to fly") it's fake
