how do i empty my mind?

i need to learn to empty my mind so i can concentrate better, i dont want to empty my mind so that im basicallly brain dead i mean calm my self down sorta thing and have absoulutly no thoughts in ym head apart from what im focusing on any ideas?

everyone has there own way to clear there mind... and there way may not help you. so if i where you i well try different ways and see if they work...

yea focus on one particullary thing like breathing and just let go and eventually ul see
