I have very weird/stupid déjà vu on extremely rare occasions. It rarely occurs but usually it's media based. I'll watch a brand new movie, TV show episode, etc...and be 100% certain I've seen it before even though it's impossible. Recently I watched a show and was 100% certain I had seen the ending because I recall contemplating the ending & wondering about the twist when I saw it...but it's brand new. The déjà vu hit me afterwards not during which is how it often occurs sometimes even days later. Of course days later I have already seen it lol but still it feels weird. I know some believe déjà vu is a psychic phenomenon, that it could be something similar yet not identical happened in the past, etc... I just really find it strange all my déjà vu is over such menial or silly things regardless of whether it's psychic or psychological lol. I know media plots are often reused or replicated similarly yet although I have trouble recalling specific details of past moments like this the déjà vu is often related to a unique concept...though I feel ridiculous posting this. Has anyone had any silly things like this occur with them?

Makes sense as I've never been good at remembering facts or important information, so something completely illogical and useless being placed in my long term memory sounds just like me. It's a logical explanation and I'm sorry for the generated typo's. I forgot the website sometimes dislikes certain characters, which results in odd posts.
Every human being is living at least 80 milliseconds in the past. David Eagleman believes that our consciousness lags behind actual events and that when you think an event occurs, it has already happened before your brain has a chance to create a cohesive picture of the world.
I have deja Vu quite a lot normally I have dreamt about something and then I see it on the news or somewhere. I remember having a dream where 2 African American men were lying in the book/trunk of a car and shooting people through a small circle hole they had cut into the back of the car. Normally I dream it and then it happens I haven't ever had it happen after the event. I remember someone telling me that the human brain discards 90% of what people see as it isn't important. Maybe part of you has forgotten when you saw the program and you are just thinking you have seen the ending before. Or maybe many tv shows steal ideas from different shows and you have seen the ending before just with different characters.
This might not be what you think it is- if it happens more than twice, like things repeat multiple times, more than two, then there might be a more serious kind of influence. I think the possibillities might conclude to... We don't really have a good response to this.
