Psi Ball

So I have been meditating for a while now *almost six years now* and I think that I am ready to try my first spell. I want to start with something simple. Looking at some of the threads about easy beginner spells I think I want to try making a psi ball. However, it seems like every spell on the site for psi ball creation is private. I was just wondering if anyone knew of any spells or rituals for psi ball creation. :D

all you need to do is focas on energy being drawn into your hands

first try to feel the energy within u. then hold out ur hands as if u r holding a baseball. try to keep the hands little apart so that it does not come in contact.then slowly move ur energy between ur handsand imagine it forming a ball. then keep on adding energy to it.

Psi = mental energy...it's easily shaped by your thoughts and emotions...
just imagine you're holding a ball and remember how it feels like when you're holding it...
that's the best intro to the world of psionics!
then you can easily begin with first steps without almost any obsticles!
Dont use spells for psi...try developing psi on your own
it's for the best...and i dont think that a spell could make a psi ball...
