Experienced Advice?

I am a VERY new caster. At first, I found myself following spells precisely as directed but lately I have been intuitively writing spells or adjusting them. They have been pretty successful and I primarily cast to help others, with the exception of the occasional beauty spell.

Is this normal? Dangerous? I am really attracted to spells involving fire. I feel like fire is my element and my spells involving fire or candles seem to be so much more effective. Also, I am pretty good at truth spells.

I just want some advice or guidance. I don't really have a lot of money to buy many books on casting but I respect the spirit world, the laws of the universe and the reality of 3 fold karma.

It is best to write your own spells or to personalize them in some way to you. We also need to connect with all the elements for balance, but you could be drawn more to fire.

Yes it is. If you feel that the spell or ritual would still work without a specific ingredient, than yes you can take it out. And if you see an ingredient and feel that a different ingredient would work better then you can change it. Your spells and rituals are yours to write however yoi want. If u see a spell someone else wrote than you can still make adjustments based upon your prefference or if an ingredient is not available to you than use a substitute. Its ok to change spells and rituals to fit your personal style and prefferance

Ingredients emphasise a spell as they have spiritual properties which enhance the power of a working.
Props help direct energy and keeps your attention on the working.
