need help, lots of it

can anyone help me by telling me a good way to focus my energy into one place, im a rookie spell caster and im just getting the hang of this.

have you tried actually visualising the energy? I find that this helps a lot, maybe visualise it as a blue stream or whatever is easiest.

I had the same problem when I started out. I find that it helps to clear your mind completely. Then of course visualise. You will get the hang of it.

picture the flow of the energy, where it was and where you want it to go,

picture and will ur energy to flow out of your body and into your hand.... u can see and expand it
