I've been trying to stimulate the hair follicles on my hair to start growing again instead of receding because of stress.
Does anybody else know besides I do as to how to come and be able to come and remedy this? Does anybody know of any hair tonic, hair growth, anti balding, hair loss spells, rituals, mantras or prayers to come and take care of this?
You can't change the way your body works with a spell. But I recommend you try the inversion method, it speeds up hair growth. And it helps relieve stress. It also helps the hair and scalp stay healthy. The inversion method actually stimulates the hair follicles through the massaging process.
You can Google or search about the inversion online for proper instructions :)
If it's because of stress, then you don't need to worry about the symptom but the problem. How about treating the stress instead?
Lavender essential oil can be used to help combat stress. You can pick this up from a health food store (do not use perfume ones, not the same) and then rub a drop or two onto your temples or back of your neck. You can also just sniff it straight from the bottle from time to time. A diffuser necklace is also great for this.
Meditation has been proven to decrease stress and aid in all kinds of health issues. Start small with just a few minutes a couple times a week. Youtube has lots of guided meditations for stress relief but it doesn't have to be on that. Any type will help.
Binary beats can be helpful too. There are several out there for relaxation, to relieve stress and more. You can find them on youtube or as a smart phone app. Always where headphones when listening to them. You can do the ones that have music mixed in or the beats only...both work fine. There are some app ones that even let you pick which music you want to go with the beats.
IrisMoon is correct. It is wiser to fix the cause not the symptom. Hair growth spells don't really work. If the spell calls for you to do a hair care routine to help then it might work but I wouldn't say it's the rusult of the energy in the spell. Deal with the stress and your hair loss should end.
Mint in tea, oil, or a bath can calm people. Chamomile can also help. What causes you stress? What calms you? Lavender can help but if you don't like lavender, drinking tea, or soaking in a tub, this could cause more stress. My mom's like that, to destress she dances or cleans. Whatever keeps you calm are things you should do. I do recommend meditation or at least deep breathing. If you're at work and stress sneaks up, stop, close your eyes, and take ten slow, deep breaths. If you're in a meeting or dealing with a customer you might wish to ask for a moment alone or wait until the encounter is over, but give it a try.
I came accross A spell for that a few times In The Elements Encyclopedia of 5000 spells By Judika Illes.
Supposedly the herb known as Lad's Love (a.k.a. southernwood) is good for growing facial hair.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Artemisia_abrotanum
"1. Burn southernwood. you will need at least one (30 g) of ashes
2. Add the ash to two cups of olive oil.
3. Add either one-quarter cup of infused oil of rosemary or 50 drops of the essential oil.
4. Bottle. Keep in a cool, dark place. Rub into the scalp, or beard area day and night to stimulate hair growth."
There's several others included in the book, but probably too many to list all of them here. one of them is to rub your chin daily with watermellon. Another says to cut your hair on the new moon. Whereas another still says to do so on June 24th.
I've also read that soy and fenugreek (the source of testofen, which is used in over the counter testosterone treatments) have similar effects. although soy and fenugreek have also been linked to breast growth in men and women.
I've never tried it, because my goal is to lose hair not grow more of it.
Other than that, all I can advise is to try and take more zinc (which helps absorb testosterone). limit alcohol (which blocks testosterone absorption) consumption as well as caffeine. Both of which dehydrate your body. Reduce your stress levels and avoid wearing long clothes in hot conditions.
