Symbolism Interpretation.

Greetings everyone.
Last month, I was in a church and I was meditating (for further reference, feel free to check my profile), in the morning. I clearly remember it was almost full Moon when, during meditation, I asked for signs regarding a personal trouble.
I did not cast a spell - at least that I am aware of -, but I started to actually see such signs, through extraordinary symbols. And today, after last one I have seen, I am sure they are related, at least partially, to what I asked. The problem is that, besides personal interpretation, I have no idea about what they mean.
I was wondering if it were possible that, despite the venue, I may have unconsciously cast a spell - improperly - and how I can find a reference for symbolism, a sort of guide.

Any site for symbolism?

my personal opinion is that symbolism is meant to be personally relevant.

In other words, since it is for you, only you can interpret it. because only you would have interpreted it that way.

EarthlyFire you can simply google "X symbolism" and there are usually large Wikipedia pages written on the subject, or other similar sites. Most things we immediately recognize as symbols are common imagery across the world.

Unless these were all very personal signs that you saw. For example, your mother's wedding dress, your childhood dog, etc etc. Those you will have to spend more time contemplating as they're unique to your life and circumstances.

Yes, I agree that some symbols can only be interpreted on a personal plan, aside from this specific case.
I shall dig more and research more, in order to further educate myself on this subject.
