Is there a way I can see the future of myself or someone else seeing it and telling me but I don't mean tarot card seeing like seeing a part of my future

You cannot see your future, nor can anybody else! It hasn't happened yet! You can "predict" the future, what is "likely" to happen. But, see your future? Nobody can do that!

Most adults can give a rough guide. Most people would agree that a small man is more likely to be a jockey than a heavyweight boxer! Or that a very tall man would ever be able to fly a jet fighter; because he wouldn't fit in the cockpit! Whatever interests a young girl or boy can often indicate what will interest them as adults.
What you cannot predict is future "events".

I completely disagree, Brysing. Divination is an old practice with many roots. You seem to think you have gained some more insight than a majority (if not all!) ancient cultures?
I and many on this site practice divination. While you won't always get a crystal clear image of what an eveny will be, you can see the "gist" of it, the clarity varies from time to time. Some have stunning accuracy! To simply disregard an entire practice is foolish. It is vital to some paths! I suggest everyone have some form of divination, personally. There's cartomancy, bibliomancy, necromancy, etc. The list goes on! Explore this wonderful practice and find a medium that suits you for doing divination. Best of luck!
I must agree with Heartsqueen. The future is of course not set in stone, and having prior knowledge can cause you to change your mind, but predicting the future is an old practice which survives to the modern day.
And you could argue about people simply being gullible, uneducated, and self-fulfilling prophecy. But, fact is, normal educated people who happen to be open minded rather than skeptical see some use.
I have had readings done for me and I have been skeptical. But people have told me things they could not possibly know- I am talking things my closest family members do not know. I am very secretive. They also told me what was going to happen in a certain situation, and me being stubborn denied it. It came to pass.
I am not going to go into details, but what they predicted was an unusual and specific event, not a bland and general "One day you will get a sum of money".
I have also tried my hand at divination, I am not trained in cold reading, nor do I make guesses. It is my experience that divination is not at all a bogus practice.
Of course, experience is subjective, individual, and means nothing to the objective scientist. Well, I am an individual and I only care about my experiences, I don't ascribe any conclusion or subscribe to any dogma. I don't shove my experiences down people's throats, I am doing no harm.
The only way to see if divination is accurate for you, or works for you, is to give it a go. And by divination I mean formal techniques, not simply reading one's horoscope by Mystic Meg.
You could call on patron spirits to guide your divination. They aren't infallible but they often know things you don't and can be helpful. You've heard of the Chinese calling on their ancestors souls for assistance and guidance.

Heartsqueen, where on my post did I disregard Divination? I told the truth. Nobody can "see" a future event, because it hasn't happened yet. As I said, you can "predict" what might happen, or is like likely to happen.
